Payment is made in full of the order. However, we do have a 21-day full refund policy.
Yes, we have a 3-day minimum rental period however you can book equipment for 1 day and have it collected, but you will be charged for 3 days.
We are not allowed to leave strollers/equipment at Disney hotels, so we arrange to meet our clients in the reception area at set times, and we will contact you nearer the time. All our strollers are Disney-approved.
That is no problem. Just notify us, and we can make arrangements to deliver/collect your rental items.
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to install baby car seats due to insurance, but we have full links on our website, and we can answer any questions when we deliver.
We deliver outside of baggage claim and for pickups we meet before the departure gate, however we keep in communication via mobile phone.
We generally deliver/collect collections between 8 am and 8 pm.
No problem, we can accommodate most last minute orders if the equipment is in stock.
